• Spend time with your elders. Visit a retirement home, your local senior center, or a neighbor or family member.

Intermediate Level

• Visit your local food bank or meal center. Help organize or serve food.

Expert Level

• Help out at a fundraiser in your community. Or, host your own and donate the proceeds to charity.
